Lilia Vartic
Founder & CEO, ERL Billing Services
Lilia began her healthcare career in 2009 as a scheduler for a nationwide radiology company. From there, she advanced through a variety of healthcare administration and revenue cycle roles, gaining hands-on experience across the full revenue cycle, from patient registration and insurance verification to coding, billing, claims, denials, payment posting, and A/R management.
Her experience eventually led her to serve as a Revenue Cycle Healthcare Analyst at UCLA, further strengthening her expertise in analyzing revenue cycle operations and identifying opportunities to improve financial performance.
Lilia’s professional experience is supported by a strong educational background in Health Information Management, Economics, and Business Management, along with certifications as a Certified Professional Coder (CPC) and Revenue Cycle Management Specialist (RCMS).
After almost two decades in healthcare revenue cycle management, Lilia founded ERL Billing Services with a clear vision: to provide healthcare organizations with experienced RCM expertise without the cost and complexity of maintaining a large in-house billing team.
Today, she leads ERL with the same hands-on approach that shaped her career combining industry knowledge, technical expertise, and a commitment to helping healthcare providers maximize revenue, reduce inefficiencies, and build stronger revenue cycles.
